Senior Network Engineer

Kinetic Xyber is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure enterprise and mission network architectures. In this role, you will support routing and switching, network segmentation, and secure network design across operational, training, and cyber range environments. You will troubleshoot complex network issues, maintain network services, and work to optimize performance and reliability across mission-focused technology environments. This position suits an experienced network professional who enjoys solving complex connectivity and performance challenges and wants to contribute technical expertise to mission-readiness efforts. • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise and mission network architectures
• Configure and support routing, switching, and network segmentation
• Support secure network design principles across operational and training environments
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, performance, and configuration issues
• Maintain and optimize network services to support reliability and performance
• Support integration of network infrastructure into cyber range and mission rehearsal environments
• Monitor network health and respond to incidents and outages
• Document network architecture, configurations, and technical procedures

Required:
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise networks
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and network segmentation concepts
• Experience supporting secure network architectures and network services
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex network environments

Preferred:
• Experience supporting cyber range or mission network integration
• Familiarity with network security best practices and secure architecture design
• Relevant certifications in networking or related technical disciplines
